I had a Leavz service done. Was very unhappy. They didn't do half of what my previous company did....for the same price. I would not recommend them to anyone and wish I could take back the recommendations that I had given out to friends.

Customer service was an absolute joke. A 10 minute plow job turned into a 3 day ordeal that didn’t even complete the job to an acceptable standard. I will never use this service again. It was a waste of $150.

Nobody showed. I was out of the country when home got 8” of snow. I booked someone on the app and nobody showed up, so I hauled my suitcase through snow drifts into my house. Thanks for nothing.

This is a fraud company.

Bad service Feb 16 this company left an 85 year old grandmother with un plowed driveway and provided no guidance or help in completing they did not even offer to reschedule. Cheap company poor service. I will be filing a complaint with Attorneys General Office.

Can u give less than 1 star? Needed plowing and shoveling done today. Received notification “contractor was on their way”. Wow! 3 hrs later new notification. “Looking for Contractor”. It won’t be done today, tomorrow or ever. This Plowz and Mowz seemingly has been around for yrs. But now it’s probably a couple of people hanging out in Syracuse occasionally stealing peoples $$$. They got my $150+. I’m willing to wait til tomorrow. If someone comes and does the job I will happily edit the 1 star review. Not holding my breath.

Great experience. I was in a pinch for this last snow storm so I decided to set this app up and try. I posted the job and a few hours later someone took it. I’m a landlord for a property and saw them working to remove the snow. Nothing but perfect! Would use this again

I ordered a plow, they never showed up. I messaged customer service all day- wasted my time because nobody ever showed up. I don’t know what else to think aside from scam. Really disappointed, i desperately needed the help to get out of the driveway and now I’m in an even worse position than I started.

One of their providers damaged my lawn. The company dragged their feet and refused to do anything to fix it or even refund the service. Don’t do business with these people.

Look up all the reviews on this company. They have the providers do the work and then they do not pay us for our work. We are having to go back and get our money from the customers. Customers have to pay double because this company is scammers. We are currently finding as many providers as we can to put together a class action suit against them. Do not use them .

Provider completed service at neighbors house. Provider completed snow removal at 1AM had music at level 10. Clearly intentional. Wanted to make sure we all knew he was here. Then he completed the work at the wrong address. Lol

If only they would pay their providers this would be a great app. I received terrible service, then the provider said he hasn’t been paid in months. I found online that they many were in the same boat. I don’t know why anyone would work for them!

Huge waste of time in Dallas. 2 contracts in 2 seasons. No clue why they can’t get this up and running better.

The guy that snow plowed my driveway did an excellent job. I appreciate the excellent job he did. I hope that I will be able to have him do my driveway the next time. I do plan on making another appointment. Please thank him from the bottom of my heart

I requested a salting job. I got a quote and I hit “request job” but it never got done.

Average set up here.. they charge you $55-65 for an average-sized lawn and pay the provider $30. They’re the middleman. So cut this out and work directly with a local business and support your local economy over these clowns.

My first (And only.) time trying to use this service was a bust. The first few days after scheduling a job no one would show and I’d get an email saying it was due to weather. Then after that it was “due to equipment malfunction.” Then they just stopped sending me email explanations at all. Oh, but they did bother to re-do the hold of funds on my credit card because they’d stalled so long that the first one expired.

Paid our money for Mow and Edge but no one showed up on the date the service was scheduled for nor has anyone ever communicated with us. Currently trying to get a refund but looks like I’m going have to do that through the bank because no one with this platform is responding. Update: eventually received a refund.

Horrible customer service. Waited over 10 days to get lawn serviced. Was cancelled repeatedly and only communication was through an app that was mostly AI. Each email was answered with promises they were “on it” but each service was postponed with the contractor eventually cancelling. Would excuse 2 out of the 10 days for rain but the customer service is very poor. Went with LawnStarter and got much better service

Paid for a service to get done took weeks for a provider to come out but they never ever ended up coming out. They kept reassigning different providers to my job just for it to never get done. Ended up getting a refund because they just kept giving me the run around.

I’ve tried multiple times over the years to use their service (both in Indiana and Florida). It’s always some delay, excuse, providers not showing up, etc. The customer service is a complete joke. I wasn’t getting service via the app so I tried to call their call center. I get a message that they cannot assist at this time. The guy answers me on the app and says he can’t answer the phone because he’s the only one staffed. This company needs to get their act together. It’s too bad because it’s a great idea, if someone else could make it work.

I’ve used their services for years with pretty good services. We have recurring lawn services scheduled every 10 days. We are going on over 14 days now without a mow. I’ve emailed, called the phone number (worthless. Can’t speak to anyone) and sent numerous chats without any update on when they are coming to cut the grass. I’m not sure what to do. It’s really disappointed that they can’t give me basic information or even offer to cancel and reschedule with someone else.

I’ve been using this app for over 5 years now and this is very convenient for me considering that I live out of town from where I need the service! They tell me when there’s a delay in service because of weather or et cetera, they provide pictures upon completion and they do a very good job of keeping me updated. I recommend them to anyone!

Want to pay $70 for a job done one man can do in less than an hour with the quality of a middle school student despite superior equipment with no communication and untimely service? The. You’ve come to the right place!

The worst app and customer service. Job is never completed on time.

I have been using this service for years. Reliability and quality of work have gone down hill over the last couple of years and I am on the verge of canceling my recurring lawn service. The most recent issue, I ordered on 5/14 for service on 5/16, the order was accepted and assigned very quickly. It is the first now of the season so my grass is getting quite long. Dinner time rolls around on 5/16 and there is no sign of the landscaping company. I reach out via Chat to Customer Service for an ETA. After some time they come back and say that the provider is running behind and doesn’t know when they will get there so they are canceling and reassigning it. I ask how long that will take. All they say is ASAP. Two days later it still hasn’t even been assigned to a provider. I have reached out numerous times. Nobody has any answers. I am disabled and can’t mow the lawn myself. I am now receiving hostile notes in my mailbox about the length of my grass and today is the last clear day before several days of forecasted rain. Customer Service just tries to placate me with generic apologies and “we try to assign things as quickly as we can”. Nobody has escalated my order or offered me a discount for the no show of the unreliable provider they selected the first go around. I’d be willing to continue to pay for the service if it were simply reliable and they communicated proactively or showed some level of concern for basic customer service.

My contractor canceled same day due to “equipment malfunction.” Hard to say if they just suddenly decided they didn’t want the job. So it got scheduled for 2 days later, and the new contractor just never showed up. I then tried contacting customer service, and it seems that there are no actual people that work for this company. No response to in-app messaging, email, or text. Give your business to one of their competitors.

I wish I could say the service was good but unfortunately I can’t. When someone actually shows up they do a good job. I submitted for weekly mowings to start this past Monday. Received a text Monday that no one was coming and they were having someone else come out. Literally heard absolutely nothing from the company u til I reached out four days later and they said someone was coming Friday. Zero communication on it, I looked in the app there was nothing scheduled or any communication. Piss poor way to run a business when you are charging almost 70-90 per mowing weekly.

Do not use the service! I was rescheduled twice and on the day that I was supposed to receive service they did not show up! Customer service is complete trash!

The first few times I used this app, it was very successful. Communication, updates and photos were provided. Last time I used it, I was charged in full, no one ever showed up and no one ever got back to me as to why no one showed up. Will be going elsewhere.

The app made scheduling the snow plowing while I was traveling very easy. I was able to select exactly the details of the snowplowing service requested. The snowplow did a good job. While the app promised that I would get photographs after the job was finished, I didn’t get any. While that part of the promise wasn’t kept, the important pieces were kept very well. I will use the service again.

I have been using this app for more than four years and have had excellent service until this year. It’s worse than dealing with a regular contractor because you can actually speak to a human being. The middleman a.k.a. “the app “doesn’t care how you feel doesn’t hear your frustration and cancels and reschedules on a whim. The pricing for the *exact same job* increased $500 this year. The increase came after I waited for two days for the service and then after I paid more, they made me wait another two days. Times were promised, and changed, promised again and changed. I would not recommend this anymore. It’s too bad, but it seems they can’t get quality people to do their jobs and/or the app developer got lazy.

Ok- so if you need your driveway plowed during a storm, Don’t Use This app- their reasons for CHARGING ME and NOT completing my job request was high volume due to weather!!! Really- your business if based on easy demand for….bad weather. Total scam- just read the other reviews. They get 3.5/5. Terrible service! Don’t use them.

This must be a scam app. Since winter has come, the app says they’re too busy to provide service. They won’t allow you to order service. Since the app seems to, in part, deal specifically with snow plowing, why wouldn’t that service be available when it snows? You’d be better off finding dependable local service than adding this app to your phone.

This is a total waste of time and money. Avoid at all cost.

We have had good success in the Chicagoland market. The plow today was outstanding and the one at my parents house yesterday did a fantastic job.

Will assign you a provider, they don’t show up and when you reach out they just cancel it and you wasted your time waiting for your service. They don’t even try and they hold your money for 5 business days.. Hire local and forget about this scam

Very slow response time, poor quality on jobs and terrible customer service.

Have used this service for snow removal, mowing, and mulching. The job gets done quickly and professionally. When on vacation I can have my lawn mowed and landscaping mulched with confidence.

The app itself is really slick. It takes about a minute to signup and place an order. You can choose from lawn mowing, leaf removal, gutter cleaning, gardening and a bunch of other services with instant pricing. You even receive pictures of the the completed job which is handy. One of the other things I like is how I can store multiple properties within the app to service. Finally there is no contract and everything within the app is super flexible. In regards to pricing the app is very reasonable and are the same prices as if you would go directly to a local landscaper.

Mowing service is extremely unreliable. We had a recurring mowing service that was consistently late or would not show up and the cost was often time more than a regular service would charge.

This service has been so helpful. I didn’t realize I could contract with the same provider for a season! Tim helped me through the process and it was done! The mowing service I’m using, is reliable, listened to me and executed the job as requested.

My theory is that their lawn mowing provider network in my area is small and unreliable. My service request is accepted and scheduled but the last couple of times the date passes without service occurring. I have to follow up- no proactive communication from Mowz. They don’t follow the guidelines in their own FAQ and simply blame it on the provider.

Much like Uber, you might have a decent experience and you might have a couple idiots show up and make a mess. I won’t be using again.

I used this app a couple of years ago and had issues and just tried again this week and after two no shows I canceled. So disappointing.

Great experience! App is very user friendly and a great variety of services offered. They came on the day I was scheduled, let me know they were on their way, and sent me pictures after the job was completed. Best decision I’ve made! Very affordable as well.

When we first signed up for the service, it was a bit dodgy on getting somebody out here though it is prime season for everyone wanting their lawns mowed. After we found somebody who came out, we haven’t had any issues since having somebody come on the schedule day. They always do an amazing job and my lawn looks amazing each time. Highly recommend their service. Amazing customer service amazing work 10 out of 10 recommend!

I needed a lawn mowing but was skiddish about using an app until my sister recommended this one. I’ve had one service so far. He did a great job and was very kind. They also responded quickly to questions via the website chat.

Ordered bi-weekly mowing. First service went well.

I’ve used Plowz & Mowz several times for mowing, debris clean up, and custom jobs. They have always completed the work on the date requested, which is frequently same day! When I have messaged with the company, their response time is literally minutes and their msgs are clear and concise. They are higher in price but the turnaround and flexibility they offer are worth it for most jobs!
